Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to truck drivers using the provided database.

Communicate confidently in English.

Conduct basic pre-screening questions to assess candidates.

Identify drivers who are actively looking for jobs.

Collect and verify required information from interested candidates.

Update and maintain candidate details accurately in the company database/CRM.

Maintain professional communication and proper call records.

Candidate Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Excellent spoken English is mandatory.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, recruitment, or BPO is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Comfortable working night shifts.

Preferred Skills:

Recruitment or pre-screening experience.

Ability to build rapport over phone calls.

Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
