Job Title: Back Office Data Entry Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain accurate data records. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying information in company systems while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems

• Verify accuracy of data and correct errors when identified

• Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)

• Prepare reports and summaries as required

• Coordinate with front office or other departments for data clarification

• Ensure data confidentiality and security

• Perform routine administrative and back-office tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Proven experience in data entry or back office operations is an advantage

• Good typing speed and accuracy

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of spreadsheets and basic reporting

• Ability to handle large volumes of data

• Familiarity with office procedures

Work Environment

• Office-based / Hybrid (as applicable)

• Day shift / rotational shift (as applicable)
