Job Description – Female CCTV Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Female CCTV Operator to monitor CCTV surveillance systems and ensure the safety and security of the premises. The candidate should be alert, responsible, and capable of identifying and reporting any suspicious activities promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage continuously.

• Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activities immediately.

• Maintain daily CCTV monitoring logs and incident reports.

• Review recorded footage whenever required.

• Coordinate with the Security Team and Site Management during emergencies.

• Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report any technical issues.

• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and security information.

• Follow company security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Female Only

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass /

• Experience: 6–1 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role preferred.

• Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good observation and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm during emergencies.

• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.

Working Conditions

• Continuous monitoring of surveillance screens.

• Office-based security monitoring environment.

Preferred

• Knowledge of CCTV software and surveillance systems.

• Experience in commercial buildings, factories, hospitals, warehouses, or corporate offices.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
