Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Entry Trainee to perform basic data entry tasks, copy and paste data from one source to another, and update dashboards regularly. The candidate should be comfortable working with computers and spreadsheets and ensure that all information is entered accurately and updated on time.
Key Responsibilities
Copy and paste data from specified sources into Excel, Google Sheets, or internal systems.
Update dashboards with the latest available data.
Ensure data is entered correctly and dashboard information is up to date.
Check for basic data entry errors and correct them when required.
Follow the assigned process and complete daily tasks within deadlines.
Maintain data accuracy and consistency.
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Good typing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks accurately.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
