Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Data Entry & DTP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional data entry and professional document typesetting, of hindi and english ensuring high accuracy and visual appeal.

You will be responsible for inputting text, managing layouts, and formatting complex documents that include advanced mathematical equations. A typing speed of 50+ WPM combined with mastery of graphic design and layout software is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Input & Formatting: Input text and numerical data accurately into templates with a minimum speed of 50 WPM.

• Advanced Typesetting: Create, format, and audit complex mathematical and scientific equations within text documents.

• Vector Graphics & Asset Prep: Edit and prepare vector illustrations, diagrams, and corporate assets to embed into documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Adobe PageMaker.

• Equation Typsetting: Proven experience using equation editors (like MathType, LaTeX, or built-in MS Word/InDesign tools) to generate flawless math equations.

• Speed & Accuracy: Confirmed typing speed of 50+ words per minute with high accuracy.

• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for page composition, typography hierarchy, margins, and design consistency.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
