Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Design & Typing Specialist
Department: Operations / Content & Design
Reporting To: Project Manager / Team Lead
Job Purpose:
To perform accurate data entry, manage documentation, and support creative design and content generation with proficiency in typing, graphics, and advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
	•	Enter and update data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
	•	Create and modify documents using MS Excel and Word.
	•	Prepare layouts and designs using Photoshop and CorelDRAW as per project requirements.
	•	Perform Hindi and English typing for reports, brochures, or official documents.
	•	Assist in preparing training and promotional material.
	•	Maintain organized records and backups of digital files.
	•	Support back-office tasks and report generation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
	•	Graduate in any discipline; certification in DTP/design preferred.
	•	Proficient in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
	•	Minimum typing speed: 40 wpm (Hindi and English).
	•	Attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking ability.
