We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems with high accuracy.
Verify and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Retrieve data as requested by management or other team members.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Generate reports, letters, and other documents as needed.
Adhere to data integrity and security policies.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk, office clerk, or similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Office-based or remote, depending on company policy.
Standard working hours with possible overtime during peak workloads.
