The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling both computer-based and clerical tasks efficiently.---Key Responsibilities:Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and Excel sheets.Prepare daily and monthly reports related to fleet operations and billing.Maintain files, records, and documentation (physical and digital).Assist in preparing invoices, driver records, and trip summaries.Handle basic office administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and scanning.Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and clients as required.Support management in daily office operations.---Requirements:Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.Good typing speed and accuracy.Basic understanding of data management and record-keeping.Strong communication and organizational skills.Prior experience in transport/logistics industry preferred (not mandatory).---Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)Job Type: Full-time | On-site (Noida)Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
