Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify open job positions in the USA job market on platforms like LinkedIn, Dice,

Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, SimplyHired, etc.

 Extract and update relevant job details as per the candidate’s resume.

 Fill out and submit 220+ job applications per day on behalf of candidates.

 Ensure accuracy while entering details in application forms.

 Maintain and update records in Excel/Google Sheets.

 Utilize keyboard shortcuts for fast data entry.

 Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Requirements:

 Typing Speed: Minimum 20 WPM with high accuracy.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data entry

operations.

 Language Skills: Ability to read, understand, and enter data in English.

 Job Board Experience: Prior experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice,

Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, SimplyHired, etc. is preferred.

 Keyboard Efficiency: Must know and utilize shortcut keys to improve work speed.

 Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately input candidate details without errors.
