Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and records. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and confidentiality while handling company information.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in computer systems and databases

• Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency

• Review data for errors and correct discrepancies

• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and documentation

• Scan, upload, and manage physical and digital records

• Coordinate with internal departments for data verification

• Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times

• Meet daily/weekly data entry targets within deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role

• Good typing speed with high accuracy

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Skills

• Basic computer troubleshooting skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
