We are hiring an Operations Executive (Customer Service) to manage and support global customer communication efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor GCS mailbox and route emails to relevant departments.

• Organize and move emails into proper folders/queues.

• Log details in systems like Dynamics.

• Send acknowledgments to customers.

Requirements:

• Strong English and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and reports.

• Typing speed of 30 wpm with 100% accuracy.

• Good team player with interpersonal and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with Freshers.
