Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, and company databases.

  • Maintain digital records, files, and documents systematically.

  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Prepare daily reports and maintain data entry records.

  • Manage data correction, document scanning, and file uploading.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

  • Coordinate with other departments for data collection and verification.Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good data management and organizational skills.
