We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Back Office Data Entry Executive to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills (minimum 30 WPM), basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and confidentiality.

Data Entry & Data Management
Enter data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
Update and maintain records related to customers, vendors, inventory, invoices, and internal documents.
Ensure all data entries are completed within defined timelines.
Typing & Documentation
Maintain a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
Prepare reports, letters, forms, and documents as required.
Convert handwritten or scanned documents into digital format.
Data Verification & Quality Control
Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
Correct inaccuracies and ensure data integrity.
Cross-check data with source documents to maintain accuracy.
File & Record Management
Organize digital and physical files systematically.
Maintain proper naming conventions and folder structures.
Ensure easy retrieval of documents when required.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with other departments such as Sales, Accounts, HR, or Operations.
Provide back-office support for daily business activities.
Assist seniors and managers with administrative tasks.
Confidentiality & Compliance
Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
Follow company policies, data protection guidelines, and security protocols.
Maintain professionalism and ethical standards at all times.
Software & Tools Usage
Work on MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internal software.
Use basic formulas, formatting, and data sorting in Excel.
Learn new tools or software as required by the company.
Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with good accuracy.
Computer Knowledge: Basic to intermediate knowledge of computers.
MS Office: Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and data quality.
Time Management: Ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
Experience in data entry or back-office operations.
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Basic understanding of emails and online communication tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
Graduation preferred but not mandatory.
Computer course or typing certification is an added advantage.
Freshers are welcome and will be provided training.
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in data entry or back office roles will be preferred.
Experience in handling bulk data will be an added benefit.
