Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate records of insurance data, client information, and policy details in our internal systems. The candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and knowledge of MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, verify, and update insurance policy details, client data, and documents in the system.

• Maintain digital and physical records of data in an organized manner.

• Check data for accuracy and completeness before entry.

• Generate reports and assist in documentation for insurance processes.

• Coordinate with the operations and claims team for data collection and verification.

• Handle confidential information with responsibility.

• Perform regular backups and data quality checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Typing speed: 30–40 words per minute (accuracy important).

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Prior experience in insurance, finance, or data entry preferred (not mandatory).

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
