Designation : Data Entry Operator

Location : Sharkhej Chokadi Ahmedabad

Experience : 1 to 4 year

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and verify data in ERP, Excel, and company databases.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, purchase, and customer information.
Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and update required information.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation when required.
Perform general administrative and office support tasks.

Required Skills

Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of ERP software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
