We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support our team with lead coordination and data management. This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone who is organized and comfortable with basic communication and Excel work.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with leads to collect updates
Send messages (WhatsApp/SMS) for coordination and reminders
Maintain and update lead data in Excel sheets
Track responses and ensure accurate record-keeping
Coordinate basic communication between team and leads

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable with calling and texting
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to follow up consistently
