To accurately and efficiently enter, update, and manage data in company systems and ensure that information is maintained in an organized and accessible format to support daily operations.
Enter and update accurate data into internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry (invoices, sales reports, purchase records, inventory, etc.).
Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inconsistencies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer data.
Generate reports as required (daily, weekly, monthly).
Coordinate with various departments (e.g., Accounts, Inventory, Sales) for data validation.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Ensure timely data entry to avoid backlogs and delays in operations.
Follow data entry procedures and comply with company policies.
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables a plus).
Knowledge of ERP software or Tally (if applicable).
Fast typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
