About the Role

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive to support our company registration and compliance operations. The role involves maintaining accurate client information, preparing documents, updating records and assisting the internal team with company incorporation and filing processes. Freshers are welcome, and this is a good opportunity for B.Com graduates to gain practical exposure to business compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate client and company information in internal systems.

• Prepare and organize documents required for company registrations and compliance filings. • Verify client information and supporting documents for accuracy.

• Assist the team with MCA and other government forms and filing processes.

• Maintain records of incorporation documents, DSCs, PAN, TAN, GST and other company documents. • Track filing status, pending documents and client requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned filings.

• Perform data verification and maintain proper documentation.

Knowledge That Will Be Helpful

Prior knowledge is not mandatory for freshers, but familiarity with the following will be an advantage: • MCA V3 Portal and company incorporation processes.

• SPICe+, SPICe+ Part A and Part B.

• AGILE-PRO-S and related incorporation forms.

• RUN / RUN-LLP and FiLLiP for LLP incorporation.

• DIR-12, INC-20A and other MCA forms.

• GST Portal, DSC and digital document processes.

• Basic knowledge of Tally, accounting, bookkeeping and the Companies Act.

Requirements

• B.Com degree is mandatory.

• Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience up to 1 year is preferred.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

• Good English communication and reading skills.

• Comfortable working with documents, numbers and online government portals.

• Eager to learn company registrations and compliance processes.
