Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems and databases. You should have excellent typing speed, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in computer systems and databases.
• Verify data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Prepare and generate reports as required.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security.
• Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Fast typing speed with high accuracy.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Minimum qualification: High School/Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
