We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for customers — handling calls, collecting basic information, and providing excellent support for our home appliance repair services (RO, AC, Fridge, Washing Machine, Geyser).

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner
  
  

• Ask for customer location and appliance issue details
  
  

• Move the conversation to WhatsApp and collect required details
  
  

• Share customer details with the technician team to get price estimates
  
  

• Call the customer back with the price and booking confirmation
  
  

• Maintain proper call and lead records
  
  

• Meet daily targets like call handling time and customer satisfaction
  
  

🎯 Job Requirements

• Gender: Female
  
  

• Qualification: Minimum 10th pass
  
  

• Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers can apply)
  
  

• Language: Hindi (Basic English understanding is fine)
