Data Entry Operator

Job Objective:

To ensure the accurate, efficient, and secure entry, verification, and management of customer and company data into internal systems, supporting the company's mission of secure information storage and management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and input customer information within specified deadlines.

• Sort and organize records and information efficiently.

• Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents.

• Use internal systems to verify customer records and transmit data as required.

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards, ISO standards, and Iron Mountain policies and procedures.

• Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader.

• Carry out duties deemed necessary by Iron Mountain management.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work confidently within a multicultural environment and across all organizational levels.

• Competency in using systems; IT literate with knowledge of Windows and Google-based packages.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, as the role may involve working in a warehouse environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (6:30 AM to 9:30 PM)

Saturday(Alternate /Half day)
