Job Description

Position: Data Operator

Location: Nerul - Navi Mumbai

DAILY DUTIES

Record all inward/outward entries.

Update advances given to all drivers/divisions.

Process and verify all driver DBT (Direct Bank Transfer) payments

Verify challans from system with physical copies

Update diesel debit sheet and resolve queries

Update all daily diesel purchase & usage data

Attach and verify vendor details with challans and invoices

Record all documents/items received and dispatched for Pen & HO

Process and verify daily transfer entries

WEEKLY DUTIES

Review diesel sheet entries and highlight variance.

Follow up on pending diesel or challan queries.

Cross-check vendor challans, payments & pending bills.

Review advances.

Review registers for missing or incorrect entries.

MONTHLY DUTIES

Prepare summary of DBT, Diesel, Petty Cash & Challans

File all challans, bills & vouchers properly

Review data accuracy in software for month-end closing
