Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Data Entry Operator to manage daily office and accounting-related data entry activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accuracy, organizational skills, and experience working with invoices and basic accounting data.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage invoices (sales, purchase, and general accounts).

Perform data entry for store, sales, purchase, and accounts records.

Handle computer-generated invoices and maintain proper filing systems.

Prepare bank deposit slips and assist with basic accounting entries.

Support office coordination and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in data entry or accounts support.

Tally knowledge and good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.
