Enter data accurately into company systems, software, or Excel sheets
Verify and check data for errors, missing information, or duplicates
Update and maintain records, files, and databases on a regular basis
Prepare daily / weekly reports as required by management
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data
Coordinate with other departments for data clarification
Handle basic documentation and filing work
Support back-office and administrative tasks when required
Good typing speed with high accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations
Attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic communication skills (English / Hindi / Gujarati – preferred)
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
