Job Title: Data Entry Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and software.

• Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies.

• Maintain accurate records and files.

• Prepare reports as required by management.

• Organize and manage digital and physical documents.

• Ensure data confidentiality and security.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update information.

• Meet daily and weekly data entry targets.

Required Skills

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

• Basic knowledge of computer applications and internet usage.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Previous experience in data entry or office administration is preferred but not mandatory.

• Basic English communication skills.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
