Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
* Enter laboratory sample details, test observations, and results into laboratory software/Excel.
* Prepare and maintain test reports, worksheets, and data records.
* Check entered data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
* Maintain sample IDs, report numbers, client details, and test information.
* Compile data received from laboratory analysts and prepare reports for review.
* Maintain electronic and hard-copy records as per laboratory procedures.
* Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly laboratory data summaries.
* Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of client and laboratory information.
* Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with analysts/supervisors for correction.
* Maintain proper document control and record traceability.
* Support the laboratory in maintaining records required for ISO/IEC 17025 compliance.
