We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with a good understanding of Excel and basic accounting entries. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering financial and operational data, and ensuring that all information is up to date and error-free.
Enter and update financial and operational data into Excel and accounting systems.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
Make accounting entries such as purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile data and ensure accuracy in entries.
Maintain records of invoices, bills, and vouchers in an organized manner.
Support the accounts team with data management and reporting.
Perform regular backups of data and ensure data confidentiality.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect required information.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce or related field.
0–3 years of experience in data entry or accounting support.
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data management).
Basic knowledge of accounting and Tally or any ERP software preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and invoice management.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
Team-oriented and reliable.
