Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and computer systems. The candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.

• Verify accuracy of data before entry and review for errors after input.

• Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.

• Ensure data integrity and security.

• Generate reports as required.

• Respond to requests for data and provide relevant information when needed.

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.

• Fast typing skills with high accuracy (knowledge of touch typing preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management software.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).

Salary Range:
