Data Entry Operator

Pratik Products is a Mumbai-based jewellery manufacturing unit running a multi-stage production workflow. We use a custom in-house ERP for tracking every design from issue to dispatch. We're hiring a Data Entry Executive to keep that production data accurate, organized, and ready for the management team's daily decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Daily ERP entries — enter every karigar issue slip, return receipt, and QC bifurcation (accepted / repair / rejected pcs) into the ERP on the same day they happen. No backlog.
Verify physical vs. system — match karigar's returned weight + piece count against the system's expected values; flag and resolve discrepancies before booking.
Item Master upkeep — maintain design records (PP-codes, sample codes, vendor design references, BOM, sticking colours, photos) as new designs are added or existing ones updated.
Vendor records — update vendor rates, process roles, and contact details; ensure every job-work bill ties cleanly to a batch + receipt.
Material inventory — record raw-material issues to sticking karigars, returns from them, and consumption; reconcile stock at month-end.
Slip filing — maintain organized digital + physical files of every issue voucher, receipt, and repair order so the books and the floor are always in sync.
Daily / weekly reports — generate production reports, pending-with-vendor reports, and short-receipt summaries from the ERP for the owner and floor supervisors.
Confidentiality — handle vendor rates, design CAD files, customer details, and karigar settlements with strict discretion. Jewellery is a trust-driven business.
Job Requirements
Languages: Hindi and English required. Gujarati or Marathi a plus.
