Job Description

Data Entry Operator ka kaam company ke data ko accurately computer system ya software mein enter, update aur maintain karna hota hai. Is role mein speed, accuracy aur attention to detail bahut important hota hai.

Key Responsibilities:

Company ke records, documents aur forms se data computer mein enter karna
Existing data ko check karna aur zarurat ke mutabik update karna
Data ki accuracy aur completeness ensure karna
Confidential information ko securely handle karna
Reports, spreadsheets aur databases maintain karna
Data entry se related errors ko identify aur correct karna
Senior staff ya supervisor ke instructions ke according kaam karna

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, email, data entry software)
Good typing speed aur accuracy
Basic English/Hindi reading aur understanding
Attention to detail aur time management skills
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Experience:

Fresher ya 0–1 years ka experience (experience preferred but not mandatory)

Work Environment:

Office-based ya work-from-home (company policy ke according)
