Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports by gathering and summarizing information using Microsoft Excel.
Organization: Maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and private information with the utmost discretion and security.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications: Graduation
Experience: Minimum of 3 months of professional experience in a data entry or administrative role.
Excel Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, specifically:
VLOOKUP: Ability to retrieve data across different sheets or tables.
Pivot Tables: Ability to summarize and organize large datasets for analysis.
Date & Time Functions: Experience using formulas to calculate durations or format timestamps.
