Job Description

RKTM & IPSI Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for experienced Hindi and English Transcriptionists for an ongoing transcription project. The work will be performed on the Annotic platform, which is user-friendly and already provides segmentation for audio files.

Job Responsibilities:

Listen to the provided audio files and accurately transcribe the content in Hindi or English.
Complete transcription of 60 minutes (1 hour) of audio per day per ID.
Perform quality checking (QA) of the transcription before submission.
Follow the project guidelines, formatting rules, and QC standards.
Make revisions or rework if required based on QC feedback.
Ensure high accuracy and timely submission of assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

Good listening and typing skills in Hindi and/or English.
Prior experience in transcription or data annotation will be preferred.
Candidates must pass the project assessment/test before starting work.
Ability to follow guidelines and maintain quality standards.

Project Details:

Languages: Hindi & English
Daily Target: 60 minutes audio transcription per candidate
QA Report Turnaround Time: 21 days
Payment Cycle: 45–60 days after transcription approval

All selected members must watch the training video before starting work. The video explains the transcription workflow, project guidelines, and QC instructions.
