Software Implementation & Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We use the Quick Dry Clean software to manage our daily work and customer orders.
Your main job will be to operate this software correctly and make sure all our franchise stores are using it properly too.
You will enter data in the system, check if others are entering it on time, and help solve any problems they face while using the software.
The software also sends WhatsApp messages to customers — such as invoices, order updates, or offers. If a customer replies on WhatsApp, you will politely respond and help them with basic issues like billing, delivery time, or order status. For bigger issues, you will inform the Plant Manager.
Over time, you will also learn how to use the WhatsApp feature to send promotional messages or schemes to customers.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Enter all data accurately and completely into the Quick Dry Clean software.
2. Ensure all franchise stores use the software correctly and make entries on time.
3. Track plant staff and order progress using the software dashboard.
4. Help franchise staff with software-related queries and escalate unresolved issues to the Plant Manager or software developer.
5. Learn and use the WhatsApp feature in the software to send customer offers or updates.
6. Check and respond to customer WhatsApp messages sent through the software, and resolve basic queries quickly and politely.
