• Upload products, track inquiries, and follow up with buyers.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, quotations, and dispatch details.

• Maintain and organize digital records, including invoices, challans, contracts, and emails.

• Perform routine back-office tasks like data entry, filing, and documentation.

• Assist in vendor registration and tender submissions.
