Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.

• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.

• Review and correct data errors or inconsistencies.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Generate reports and retrieve data as required.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital records.

• Coordinate with other departments for data collection and verification.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.

Required Skills

• Good typing speed (30–40 WPM preferred).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic understanding of computer operations and internet usage.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 10+2 / Intermediate / Any Graduate.

• Previous experience in data entry, back-office, or administrative work is an advantage.

• Freshers can also apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Excel formulas, data validation, and reporting.

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or database management systems.

• Knowledge of English typing and regional language typing is a plus.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience and location)

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM – 6PM

• Monday to Saturday / Monday to Friday
