Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate production, inventory, purchase, and administrative records. The candidate should have good typing speed, strong Excel knowledge, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily production, inventory, purchase, and dispatch data into ERP/Excel.

• Maintain accurate records of RM, WIP, and Finished Goods.

• Update MIS reports and production trackers.

• Prepare and maintain data for inward and outward material movement.

• Verify data accuracy and correct errors before submission.

• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts departments.

• Maintain physical and digital documentation as per company standards.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Required Skills

• Data Entry

• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)

• MS Word

• ERP Software (Tally/SAP/Any ERP)

• Typing Speed (30+ WPM)

• MIS Reporting

• Documentation & Record Management

• Good Communication

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Any Discipline (B.Com/B.A./B.Sc.)

• Diploma in Computer Applications is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing company having exposure to production, stores, inventory, or ERP data entry will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
