🎯 Job Summary

Pitti Engineering Limited is looking for a Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate records, enter and update data in company systems, prepare reports, and support day-to-day administrative and documentation activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update employee, production, HR and administrative data accurately.

• Maintain records in MS Excel, ERP and other company systems.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.

• Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.

• Coordinate with HR, Production, Quality and other departments for data collection.

• Generate reports and provide data to concerned departments on time.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

• Perform other data management and administrative activities as assigned.

🎓 Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and basic computer applications.

• Typing speed and accuracy are essential.

💼 Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, MIS, HR documentation or a similar role.

• Candidates with manufacturing/industrial experience will be preferred.
