We are looking for a operator to enter proper insurance details of clients online.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update client insurance details accurately in the system.
Maintain and manage MIS (Management Information System) records for existing client data.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Coordinate with the internal team for any missing or unclear information.
Minimum age: 20 years
A personal computer or laptop with stable internet connection is mandatory
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Prior experience in data entry or administrative work
Basic understanding of insurance policies
Remote / Work from Home
Part-time or Full-time, depending on availability
