Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to manage data entry tasks, maintain records, and support accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems.
Prepare and manage invoices, purchase entries, sales entries, and vouchers in Tally Prime.
Maintain records of inventory, expenses, and transactions.
Generate reports using Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Perform data verification and ensure accuracy of records.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Assist the Accounts and Administration team with day-to-day operations.
Prepare MIS reports and spreadsheets as required.
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and updates.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Tally Prime.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas, Data Filtering).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Familiarity with MS Word and email communication.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualification

Graduate or Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Certification in Tally Prime will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
