Enter and update camp patient data accurately in hospital software and registers
Maintain daily camp reports, OPD lists, surgery lists, and referral records
Prepare and update Excel sheets / MIS reports related to outreach camps
Verify patient details such as name, age, gender, address, phone number, diagnosis
Coordinate with camp coordinators, counselors, and hospital departments for data accuracy
Ensure timely submission of camp data to the hospital and management
Maintain hard copy and soft copy records of camp-related documents
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly camp statistics
Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per hospital policy
