Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and software systems.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets as required.
Organize and manage physical and digital files.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update information.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Perform routine administrative and back-office support tasks.
Requirements
Graduate or HSC with relevant experience.
1–3 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Advanced Excel Must
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
