Key Responsibilities
Data Input and Maintenance:Input, update, and maintain inventory, shipment, and receiving data in the warehouse management system (WMS).
Data Verification:Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system.
Discrepancy Resolution:Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data.
Reporting:Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other relevant warehouse data for management.
Data Organization:Organize and store digital and physical documents related to warehouse operations.
Database Backups:Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and security.
Confidentiality:Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information within the database.
Communication:Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Equipment Use:Ensure the proper use of office equipment and report any malfunctions.
