We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator who is proficient in Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and has a basic understanding of AI tools to improve accuracy and productivity. The candidate will be responsible for managing and updating company data, generating reports, and supporting digital process automation using AI-based tools.
Accurately enter, verify, and update data in Google Sheets and company databases.
Maintain and organize data on Google Drive, Docs, and other Google Workspace tools.
Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Bard, or Excel/Sheets AI features) for data cleaning, summarization, and report generation.
Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers.
Assist departments in automating repetitive data tasks using Google Sheets formulas, macros, or AI-based suggestions.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
Support data analysis and prepare insights for management as required.
Collaborate with team members to standardize formats and streamline workflow processes.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Sheets (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Gmail, Forms, Slides).
Basic knowledge of AI tools or automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, or Sheets AI).
Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Time management and accuracy under deadlines.
Education: Any Graduate (preferably with Computer or Commerce background).
Experience: 1–3 years in Data Entry / MIS / Operations role.
Added Advantage: Exposure to AI-based tools or Google App Script automation.
