Data Entry Operator

MS Enterprises is seeking a Data Entry Operator to support its backend operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data management, handling pre-sales and post-sales documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments such as sales, purchase, production, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data in company systems (CRM, ERP, Excel, Google Sheets).

• Support pre-sales activities such as quotations, enquiry updates, and follow-ups.

• Assist post-sales operations including order tracking, job sheets, purchase entries, and invoicing support.

• Verify and validate customer, vendor, and product-related data for accuracy.

• Prepare regular reports for management review.

• Maintain organized digital and physical records.

• Coordinate with different backend team members to ensure smooth workflow.

• Handle sensitive business information with confidentiality.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy (35–45 WPM preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools (training can be provided).

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect errors.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Team-oriented with basic written & verbal communication skills.
