Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company and client information in computer systems and ensuring that records are complete and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately in company systems and databases.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
Handle documents, forms, and client information efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Prepare basic reports and data summaries as required.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification.
Perform regular data backups and maintain proper documentation.
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Requirements
Qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate.
Experience: 0–3 years; freshers can also apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
