Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to manage product data, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in data management, and proficiency in communication across multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the sales team to review and verify product details for stock availability.

2. Coordinate with vendors via WhatsApp and calls to confirm stock availability and share updates with the sales team.

3. Manage and maintain databases efficiently to ensure data accuracy.

4. Prepare and update reports using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

5. Draft professional emails and handle correspondence as needed.

6. Meet key performance metrics, including data accuracy, speed, and communication effectiveness.
