Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in databases and systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Retrieve data from the database when required
Ensure confidentiality and security of all information
Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Familiarity with data entry software and databases
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic understanding of office equipment (computers, scanners, etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM systems
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
