Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently
Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies
Maintain and update records as needed
Organize files (physical or digital) for easy access
Generate reports from entered data when required
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Follow company data entry procedures and guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role (preferred)
Fast typing speed with high accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Familiarity with data entry tools/software
Good attention to detail
Basic communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of data management
