Job Description

Iron Mountain is hiring Data Entry Operators to support its document management and information processing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various internal systems. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Data Processing:

• Accurately input data from physical or digital documents into databases or spreadsheets.

• Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and rectify them accordingly.

• Ensure all documents are scanned, labeled, and categorized appropriately.

Database Management:

• Maintain and update information in company systems with a high degree of accuracy.

• Ensure timely and organized archiving of files and data entries.

• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with preparing reports and summaries as requested by team leaders.

• Collaborate with the document control and records management team.

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass

• Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Work Timing: General Shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

Skills Required

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data systems

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹24,000 (Net Take Home)
