Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Executive in data management and order punching. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, have strong typing skills, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Location: Delhi/NCR, Lucknow

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in company databases and spreadsheets.

• Prepare, format, and maintain Excel sheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis purposes.

• Assist in preparing basic reports and summaries using Excel formulas and tools.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.

• Coordinate with team leads to ensure data compliance with internal standards.

• Manage workload and meet daily/weekly data entry targets.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must know formulas, formatting, and basic analysis.

• Fast and accurate typing speed for efficient data input.

• Knowledge of Google Sheets and collaborative tools.

• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with keyboard shortcuts to boost productivity.

• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.
